Before joining Winners Education Centre, I struggled with applying A-Math concepts to the wide variety of questions. One month leading up to the O level examinations, I attended one of their lessons and thoroughly enjoyed it! Teacher Ai Ling was clear in explaining concepts and patient to clear any doubts we had. A-Math has always been my worst subject throughout Sec 3 and Sec 4. I did not truly understand a majority of the syllabus and worst of all did not know where to start with revision. My school teacher looked down on me and said “You’re the only one whom I believe is a gonecase” she constantly urged me to drop the subject.

With 4 months left to the O level examination, I was hesitant to find help. Fortunately, I found winner’s education. After joining them for a short period of time under Ms Ong’s teaching, I quickly gained motivation to do better. Her method’s are easy to grasp and the way she teaches the subject is extremely clear and efficient. She never gave up on me and provided 24/7 help even outside the scheduled lessons. So whenever I needed guidance, I could drop her a message and she was sure to reply immediately.

Recently, I collected my O level results and am more than elated about my grades, A-Math in particular. After constantly scoring F9 for my tests and class work, under Ms Ong’s care, she helped me jump 7 grades to achieve a respectable A2 for my Os. When no one else believed in me, Ms Ong did. I could not have asked for a better learning experience and outcome :)

I didn’t think that it was possible to achieve what I want within a short period. A-Math was just dreadful. I hated the subject, because I couldn’t understand anything taught in school. After joining this programme, A Math seem a whole lot easier than what I thought it was, my result rocketed from D7 to A1 for O Level! Thanks so much!

At first, I wasn’t able to understand some A-math concepts that were easy at first. I was actually failing A-math in Secondary 3 and I barely passed in Secondary 4. I was initially in Mr Chua’s Chemistry class whereby I got to know about Ms Ong and I decided to try it out as I needed the result.

I find Ms Ong very interesting and I feel that her class made me felt relaxed but yet at the same time, productive, that’s important actually because it’s a trait that I could not find elsewhere.

I just received my O levels results and I actually went from a F9 to A2. I came only around June- July which was 3 months away from O levels.

I think if I have juniors that require A-math or Chemistry help to find Winners and really be a winner. Join Winners if you are bad in A-math or Chemistry. It’s not about the price, it’s the value it brings by.

A-Math used to be such an abstract subject for me. I couldn’t make sense of what I was taught and I did not pass any of my A Math exams or tests previously. Joining this A-Math Intensive programme was turning point for me; I wish I was taught the strategies earlier! They were simple and easy to use as I learnt how to “see” A-Math better. "This programme gave me the opportunity to know what is Mathematics all about, and that it doesn't just involves numbers but a flexible way of thinking too. I was never interested in Mathematics because I was never good at it. My mindset on Maths is totally different now as I understood the various tactics and strategies to answering a question. I have benefitted a lot from this workshop.
