Ai Ling, ONG also known affectionly as alwaysLovely, in short aL :)
Ai Ling enjoys the joy of interacting with children and youths so much that immediately after graduating from National University of Singapore (Chemical Engineering), she took the unconventional path of joining Princeton Blairstown Centre (A Camp affiliated with Princeton University) as a camp counselor for 3 months in United States. She was given the opportunity to share and educate children and youth on environmental learning.
Beside this, she started coaching Primary and Secondary schools students since she was 18 years old, helping many students to breakthrough not only in their academic results but have also remained a mentor for those who needs advice on academic and career. Not only is she constantly upgrading her soft skills and teaching skills to ensure that she delivers her knowledge effectively, she is on the lookout for new teaching tools and strategies to enhance her teaching so that students can benefit and enjoy her lessons.
Close to 9 years of teaching has equipped her with the experience of understanding the reasons students are not able to perform in Math, this has allowed her to structure her teaching methodology to cater to different levels of learners.Also, she has worked with and coached students facing learning challenges like ADHD, Dyslexia, imparting them the strategies for their Mastery of the subject. Ai Ling has produced many outstanding students who have achieved marvelous O Level Math results under her patient guidance and coaching. Also, she headed the position of Master Trainer for O Level A-Math where she was imparted the psychological approach of teaching by Norman Tien.
Ai Ling is committed in unleashing potential of children and youths in their performance in Math while she continues to motivate many others in achieving their dreams by leveraging on the skills she has mastered being a certified Neuro-Linguistics Programme (NLP) Practioner. Also, she lives by this personal belief throughout all these years of coaching which has empowered her to create many breakthroughs in students’ attitude and academic results.

Ai Ling has graduated from Train The Trainer Programme, certified by T.Harv Eker, New York Times #1 Best-selling author. She is continuously exploring into accelerated learning methodologies which will enhance her delivery and thus improve the effectiveness of her teaching approach.
